General terms and conditions

Reductions:

Reductions for children in the family room with supplementary bed:

• Children until 3 years overnight stays for free
• Children from 4 - 8 years 50% reduction
• Children from 9 - 14 years 30% reduction
• Teenagers from 15 - 17 years 10% reduction

General terms:

• All prices include 10% V.A.T. and service.
• In case of V.A.T. rate changes the price will be adapted.
• On the day of arrival the room will be ready for occupancy from 2pm.
• On the day of departure please leave the room before 10am

Booking conditions:

• A definitive booking is only valid after receipt of a deposit of 150,00 € per room.

Visitor's tax:

• The visitor's tax is 3,20 € per person (from 14 years) and per day.
• The tax is not included in the price of your stay and has to be paid separately on site.

Cancellation fees:

• In case of cancellation of the reservation:
  • 4 weeks before arrival we don't charge any costs.
  • from 4 weeks until 2 weeks before arrival 150,00 € per room will be charged.
  • less than 2 weeks before arrival 80% of the arrangement will be charged.
• In case of early departure or a delayed arrival we calculate 100% of the arrangement.
• We do not take responsibility for illness, accidents, bad weather or other occurrences beyond our control.
