All additional information (not marked with an asterisk), that you send us via the enquiry form are optional. Like on most websites, certain tecnical information are recorded and stored it in log files. This information includes Internet protocol addresses (IP addresses), browser type, referring/end pages, operating system, date/time stamps.

Pension Panorama takes precautions to protect your personal information from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. The site uses industry standard TLS (Transport Layer Security) to encrypt transport traffic. This ensures the confidentiality of your personal information, for example when you enter your data via the contact form.

The use of the contact data of the imprint for commercial advertising is expressly not desired, unless the provider has previously given his written consent or there is already a business relationship. On the subpage 'Enquiry' cookies from the Content Delivery Network (CDN) jsdelivr(dot)net are used to deliver content to you, specifically the date selection field 'Date-Time-Picker'. For this purpose we use the open source service of the company Prospect One; Krowlewska 65A/1, 30-081, Krawkow, Poland. In order to provide this service, your browser may send personal data to jsdelivr(dot)net. jsDeliver may therefore collect and store user data such as IP address, browser type, browser version, which web page is loaded or time and date stamp of the page visit. The privacy policy of states that the company does not use any other tracking services.

Cookies on the page 'Position and arrival'

On the subpage 'Position and arrival' the API uses cookie from the Open Topo Map service. The provider is OpenTopoMap, a project of Stefan Erhardt, Elsterweg 3, 91096 Möhrendorf, Germany; In order to use OpenTopoMap, it is necessary to transmit the website visited and the IP address of the end device used to a server of OpenTopoMap.

(5.4.2) Functional cookies

Functional cookies are necessary to provide features beyond the essential functionality such as custom fonts, video playback or interactive web 2.0 features. Content from e.g. video platforms and social media platforms are blocked by default, and can be consented to. If the service is agreed to, this content is loaded automatically without further manual consent.

(5) Transfer of your data to third parties

We will only transfer your data to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the contract or is required by law. In compliance with article 13 of law no. 196 of 30th June 2003, we hereby inform you that your personal information and data will be handled in our Pension Panorama electronic and/or paper archives, in compliance with the measures laid down by law no. 196 on the handling of personal data and information. We hereby guarantee that all data and information will be treated as confidential and handled for the following purposes:

  • compiling papers on order to fulfil the obligations required by the relevant laws and especially by the Single Text on Public Safety;
  • answer to you enquiries;

Supplying the above data is compulsory and is required by a specific law. Without this information, it would be impossible to establish contractual relations. In order to make sure that this information is handled correctly, we ask you to inform us immediately of any changes to said data. You are informed that the data and information will only be transferred to The Public Safety Authority, in accordance with the obligation stated in article 109 of the Single Text on Public Safety. The data and information handling as required by the above is of no prejudice to the rights granted to you by article 7 of law 196/03.
